I think the “income gap” should be related to the “effort gap”.

Effort to get an education. Effort to be responsible citizens. Effort to get a job. Effort to do the job well. Effort to start your own company (and risk savings and work extra hours for months/years). Effort to raise kids who put effort into these things.

Outside of a lot of millionaires in congress, I don’t think the problem is nearly as bad as liberals claim.
