This is typical Obama: community agitator.

Most people realize they are limited in what they can do on their own, and band together with others to achieve more than they could do individually. It doesn't mean you always agree 100% with the group goal, or methodologies, but do so either out of charity (volunteering) or self-interest (working for a living).

Obama thought that he would be able to rule by edict, but that pesky Constitution keeps getting in the way. But, when faced by opposition, his tactic has been to rally his supporters to shout down his opponents.

Obama refuses to compromise. He knows the Senate will ignore any meaningful legislation that addresses the deficit or regulation, so he doesn't have to actually take responsibility and veto anything.

He can continue to make the same campaign speech over and over, and a sycophantic state-run media will never point out that the campaign is over and it's time for him to start working with Congress to implement policy. But, he can't bother and instead uses his bully pulpit to accuse Republicans of being "obstructionist", when all they are really doing is refusing to rubber-stamp his brain-dead proposals that won't work, have never worked, and never will work.

When faced with the same opposition, Bill Clinton changed strategy and worked with the Republican Congress. Yes, there were some conflicts, but overall the checks and balances worked, and both sides compromised. During that period, we experienced a significant economic boon that was certainly helped by the Internet revolution, but the economic climate created by the Republican Congress planted the seed.

We have had pockets of economic success during the past 5 years, but Obama and the Democrats have been doing everything they can to snuff them out -- because it just wouldn't be fair for only a few people to succeed without spreading the wealth around.

Precisely correct. He is complaining that his community agitating is not giving the results he wants. Right now he needs the bottom to rise up. Top down. Bottom up. According to Glenn Beck. He tried to get the bottom to rise up during the occupier movement, but failed. He tried getting the bottom to rise up over Trayvon Martin, but failed. Wonder what his next operation will be ?
