They don’t recruit their own employees—everything is done thru a temp service called Integrity.
Workers are allowed to work UP TO 1000 hours, and then are laid off for great chunks of time. They do not work year around—even the experienced Amazon workers.
Don’t know how Integrity will handle Obamacare. One neighbor was used to working 12 hour days in their busy holiday season.
