Its just crazy to focus on accommodating a group of people who couldn’t vote for the GOP even if they wanted to and most of them don’t want to and aren’t likely to anytime in the foreseeable future.
The beltway GOP are focusing on what the big donors want. Slave labor and open borders. All the Hispanic outreach talk is just repackaged BS. 99% of the beltway GOP have always wanted amnesty.
And they wonder why the working class distrusts the GOP. This could be an opportunity to bring in more blue collar workers into the GOP and erode even further the dominance of Democrats over unions instead they are doing something that when it goes south the Democrats will blame the GOP. Big Donors are killing the GOP. We don’t need them. When candidates are loved by the grassroots they have no problem attracting small donors which is exactly what many in leadership don’t like.
