Obama’s clueless message to America’s middle class shows a presidency out of touch with reality

President Obama has been rolling up his sleeves campaigning across the country delivering a surreal stump speech message supposedly aimed at the middle class: big government works, Obamacare is manna from heaven, the wave of recent scandals are “phony” figments of the imagination, and all economic problems are the fault of the Republicans. Conveniently, he leaves out the bankruptcy of Detroit, a city run by his own party for more than half a century. His message is so stale and unconvincing, that even The New York Times and Washington Post have noticed. Both papers, usually loyal to Obama, remarked that Tuesday’s speech by the president in Chattanooga, Tennessee, was largely a rehash of old rhetoric, with The Post commenting that Obama’s “grand bargain” for the middle class was merely “a repackaging of old proposals,” and swiftly rebuffed by the GOP.

President Obama claims that “as long as I have the privilege of serving as your President. I’ll spend every minute of every day I have left in this office doing everything I can to build that better bargain for the middle class and make this country a place where everyone who works hard can get ahead.” The problem for Obama is that the American public isn’t buying the Kool-Aid. Poll after poll in the last couple of weeks have shown the president’s job approval ratings at their lowest levels for two years. The White House’s flagship health care reforms are so unpopular that even Democrats are starting to turn against it. In California the president’s ratings have plummeted by ten percentage points.

In Tennessee, Barack Obama talked about shoring up the middle class, but has little understanding of the real issues that middle class voters are facing today – high taxes, burdensome regulations.....

We all know what a bumbling, half-witted idiot this comic book class commie is, but in this America, a majority of fools would still show up to vote for him. That’s the kind of cultural swill and social graffiti public education and leftist saturation have given us, terminal stupidity.

If only three foot, eleven inch Hervé Villechaize were still around he could go around the country calling himself Andre the Giant and it would make as much sense as Obama calling himself a leader and talking about all the great things he has done for the country.

Look for him to crank it up a notch.
As he continues to sink in the polls, look for the following.

-HEAVY push to raise the minimum wage (already starting with the drive-thru “strikes”)

-SERIOUS proposal to forgive student loan debt (will appeal to everyone from the jobless 25 year old in Mom’s basement to young couples struggling to pay back loans and a mortgage)

-SMACKDOWN of banks over multiple fees, little gotcha games with credit card interest, etc. (he’s gotten Cordray now so all the tools are in place)

-National Vilification Campaign of GREEDY, CHEAP, UNPATRIOTIC EMPLOYERS who aren’t doing their part to revive the economy.

Along those same lines.....

Heard an interview yesterday with one of these fast-food workers pushing for a $15 “living wage”.

Had some sympathy for the guy, who claims he has worked for a Burger King outlet for seven years and only makes $7.65.hr.

Granted that should be a clue for him to get another job, pursue more education, do SOMETHING.....

If Obama gets his way he’ll be getting a raise to at least $10 with the stroke of a pen. Far more than he’s ever earned from seven years with his employer.

He is not alone. We are Pavlov training huge numbers of people that they can do much better for themselves economically by HOW THEY VOTE as opposed to the traditional
American route.

A ‘Fundamental Transformation’? Is this tragedy a human destiny? All other societies that have gone this route have failed. Now, even with all the empirical evidence produced, those that ‘vote for a living’ will not believe that failure is an option.

Why is that guy going to view it as a failure when his vote gains him a 30% pay increase? That was precisely my point.

I think the idiot MSM is in too deep to pull out. Of course, there is no shame, no memory, no accountability so nobody would notice they reversed if they had the brass to reverse and turn on obastard.
