San Diego Mayor Bob Filner said Wednesday that he will pay out of his own pocket the nearly $10,000 it cost for his trip to France last month.
Filner’s announcement came one day after U-T Watchdog reported that the IRS had no record of the organization Filner said paid his tab of being a U.S. tax-exempt nonprofit.

It’s B*E*Y*O*N*D fascinating watching this scandal play out. Word out of Filner’s office is that he will tweet next week from rehab . . . but still no word where or which rehab it might be. Much mockery will happen!

Filthy Filner is such a loser, everyone is against him. He’s an embarrassment for the left and the right doesn’t like him because he’s a communist. This guy’s got very little going for him and as long as he resists resignation it will only get worse.
It’s the city’s fault. They should have trained him to know better than to accept bribes of paid vacations to France.
The hookers in France probably don’t miss him

Come back and claim it was due to the high cost domestically available services until 0care kicks in with his full support.
