Because of the expenses and hassle of dealing with juveniles and the legal system....the smart deal by schools and the local cops is simply to keep giving them a free pass....keeping their stolen goods, and wait until the kid is eighteen and you can put him into a real jail.

You can advance the clock and the Zimmerman episode would have gone differently in 2016...with the near-adult Treyvon carrying a pistol and firing the first round. The most that any prosecutor would have gotten is manslaughter, and fifteen years in prison. The parents of Treyvon? They wouldn’t have visited the kid in prison or done much to help him.

What this guy fails to grasp is that it is the black culture that is destroying his youth and causing the corruption and violence. If the black community would assimilate into the white culture (as they were well on their way to pre 1960) the crime rates would go down, the drug use would go down, education scores would go up and they'd be generally safer and more prosperous.

Black culture is a plague that needs to be eradicated.

Why not add one more useless ‘Law’ to the books, there’s already a plethora of one-sided ‘hate crimes’ (thought crimes) one can point out.

Just look at what anti-profiling has given us ala TSA, border patrol, stop-n-frisk, etc.
