Morning p6! Taking the time to sleep in. I was up very late. Yep, BO still at the helm. Well, he’s on the ship anyway, as it drifts! Or maybe I should say he’s steering it on to the rocks!
Yesterday we went to Boyer Orchards in New Paris, Pa. Got some plums, early apples and donut peaches. We were the only customers there. As we were leaving, Mr S pointed at the wall and sail LOOK!! There was a campaign sign for SARAH PALIN surrounded by pictures of her when she visited there during the campaign! The lady who checked us out - one of the owners - said it was a really big deal when she came. She said we have to deal with the immigration problem. She’s a big Sarah supporter!
My husband said we will DEFINITELY continue to patronize Boyer Orchards!
Today Mr S is going to work. He wants to save one vacation day for the Christmas holidays. I am going to Pikes Peak Nursery to check out the kraut cabbages. LOVE sauerkraut!
Then I’m going to Stutzman’s Nursery for blueberries!

The Pirate games on Root have become my “happy” place. I truly look forward to watching them every night. Hurdle has “managed” to put together a team—not just a group of egos w/the same jersey. I really believe they are going to go all the way. Last night they just kept coming back.

Got pulled away for awhile. Mrs p6 isn’t feeling well. She went to work but she ‘s wortied she’ll be ill this weekend. We and another couple are going to the Great Lakes Medival Renesance Fest near Geneva Ohio.
It’s probably because she ate my Isaly’s chipped chopped ham with Isaly’s bbq sauce I made last night. The sauce is a bit vinigary even though I used brown sugar.
Tonight I was going to make fried cabbage with bacon and some left over Isaly’s bbq sauce but now probably not.
Dang, I was looking forward to that.
We’ve been to Boyer’s! I didn’t know Sarah was there.
Speaking of Sarah did yunz see where Howard Dean is saying she was right about death panels? If Jim mentioned it I missed it while helping mrs p6.
I didn’t listen to see where in PA but Kelly on WTAE sounded like it was here. Typically I don’t listen or check my tix fow a while. That way the dream still lives, LOL!
Q&R on vacation again next week.
