Morons. My Uncle grew soy, told me never to eat it. Meat is good for you. So is animal fat. Salt, butter, olive oil, all fine. Vegans are idiots of the first degree.

Agree....I grew up in an area heavily populated by Seventh Day Adventists - who’ve been strictly ‘vegan’ before there was the word ‘vegan’...........our family doctor was of that sect, but he always told the family to ignore the silliness, and eat meat - lots of it.
