Because they are back here within 48 hours, if caught.

No fear? Then the penalties are too minor.

Include this..Amnesty Bill Also Outlaws Profiling Illegal Aliens by Ethnicity, Race or Fence Climbing
The Amnesty Bill is clear proof that there are worse things than Obamacare. It’s packed so full of legislative waste and political junk that it just might blow up.A truckload of young Hispanic men is spotted by a U.S. Border Patrol agent rumbling down a dusty road a mile north of the Mexican border toward El Paso, Texas.

How should the agent respond?

Under the immigration-reform bill currently under consideration by Congress, Border Patrol agents or any other law-enforcement officer who stops such a vehicle to demand identification might be found in violation of the law.

The legislation bars all federal law-enforcement officers, including border agents, from using race or ethnicity “to any degree” while making routine or spontaneous law-enforcement decisions, a WND review of the legislation has found.

The bill further calls for the Homeland Security Department to collect data on immigration enforcement activities to determine the existence of racial profiling.

The data would be utilized to issue future guidelines to officers regarding the use of race or ethnicity during routine enforcement.

Enforcement is the punch line here, because that is going to become a thing of the past. But this will be just one more way to intimidate border patrol agents into not enforcing the law.http://frontpagemag.com/2013/dgreenfield/amnesty-bill-also-outlaws-profiling-illegal-aliens-by-ethnicity-race-or-fence-climbing/
This is a true a way of looking at it as there is..

This is another one of the "resistance is futile" propaganda pieces run by the pro-invasion types.

The "punishment" they refer to is deportation - which is not a punishment, a fact that even the U.S. courts have pointed out.

And since no one is ever prosecuted until they just get fed up with you (somewhere north of your 18th time getting caught crossing illegally), the Mexicans have no respect for the formerly feared U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. law enforcement in general.

Add to that the insurrectionist forces within the U.S. which seek to dilute U.S. immigration enforcement (La Raza, MEChA, the Obama JustUs Department), and you have a total breakdown of enforcement that makes us an object of contempt among the Macho Men of the smuggling world in Mexico.

And so the invasion continues unabated.

I am NOT PRO-AMNESTY but think about the hell these people go through just to get into America and one can better understand that it is worse for them to try to survive day to day in Mexico than the risk they take crossing the desert etc....... If they happen to make it into the US alive and then are caught, a few days in an American jail is like a 5 star vacation to those people. For most of the Mexican people coming to this country illegally, their desperation is only the symptom of the real problem, the corrupt Mexican government.

If the penalty after being arrested for bankrobbery was to be sent back to your house, that wouldn’t be much of a deterent either.

If the Mexican people would put just half the energy into fixing their country that they do into destroying ours then maybe someday Mexico won’t be a place Mexicans are desperate to run away from.

Don’t be bamboozled by the open border propaganda. Mexico is only a poor country by U.S. standards, it has a higher standard of living than most countries in the world, and according to pollings, Mexicans are happier than Americans. Mexicans aren’t starving to death, in fact, their obesity rate just passed ours. Look at pictures of border crossers, they aren’t skinny, emaciated, and desperate, they look like confident conquerors, which they are. It’s an invasion.

Perhaps we should start shooting them on sight as they slip across the border...
