The article says it is a “proposed ruling,” by OPM to be issued next week. I thought Obamacare was a tax. Can you exempt this group, or any group from a tax by a ruling from OPM?

If it’s a tax, it’s an UNCONSTITUTIONAL tax. If we can’t get it repealed or tossed out by the SCOTUS, then the states must nullify it!!

the ruling is to continue taxpayer subsidies for congressional health premiums. We’ll be paying the tax for them.
