If it won’t make it this is the one they should have tied the Congressional obamacare exemption to. This appears to be a stand alone bill that won’t pass the Senate that they can point to in the next five weeks as they tour their districts and tout as saving us from socialism and kep from discussing what can astually be done. Just something to defray criticism until they get back in session and continue to stand by and watch the disassembly of America.

The Consumer Protection Agency would be a likely choice since they have immense powers to collect financial data already, and arguing that health care is not a serious concern for consumers who wish to be protected...rinos would never have the guts to argue the point.
