Nancy Mace, first female graduate of the citadel, small business woman, will speak at Berkeley County GOP breakfast this Saturday to address her decision on SC’s 2014 U.S. race against two-term incumbent Lindsey Graham.
In June, Mace told the Post,
“…I think that if anyone is going to primary an incumbent Senator they need to have a statewide grassroots network. They need to have a message that resonates with not only the one corner of the Republican Party, but all corners of the Republican Party whether you are a veteran, whether you covet the right to life, whether you are Second Amendment supporter, whether you are a tea party person, or a liberty person, or if you are just a regular Republican who is a patriot. It’s going to take someone who can bring folks together. No one that I can tell at this point can raise the amount of money that Senator Graham has in his war chest right now, but I don’t believe that it takes this kind of resources to win a US Senate race in this State. At some point it reaches saturation level and I don’t think it’s necessarily won on TV yet, I think it’s won on the ground in grass roots.”
Nancy Mace is a wife, mother and small business owner. She is the first woman to graduate from The Citadel, the military college of South Carolina. She holds a masters in mass communication from the University of Georgia. She is the author of In The Company of Men: A Woman at The Citadel (Simon and Schuster, 2001). Nancy is the daughter of retired Army Brigadier General Emory Mace and school teacher Dr. Anne Mace, PhD.
I think Mace will win this Catfight.
It seems obvious that they keep sending him back to the Senate because #1 - he says he is a Republican, #2 He hasn’t been primaried and #3 - they don’t want to put a Demoncrat in that office. Makes sense to me.
What difference does it make? People have been crying to get Grahamensty out of office - they now have that opportunity and some are rearing their ugly heads now - eating their own again.
Graham has been a turncoat for a long time and needs to GO!

Sadly no guarantees these days, she could easily be another Rubio or Jeff Flake. This country has no shortage of liars.
Graham is a known liar though, a despicable, little weasel.

Have been for years. Lots of ‘name’ freepers seem to be having some coming out parties lately. See last night’s thread on this topic for a good look at that.
I hope some South Carolinian will ask her (and ask every other primary opponent of Grahamnesty) to name the current Senators she would most closely vote with. If she names Mike Lee and Ted Cruz, then I think we’ve found our candidate. If she names Susan Collins and Lamar Alexander, she’s obviously not the one.
As badly as I’d like to see Grahamnesty go down in flames, I hope he’s not replaced by a Kay Bailey Hutchinson.

Good for you. Seriously. More should. People need a fut check. If they can vote Romney they sure as hell can vote for her.
But instead, last night began with “There are better options” and a bunch of backhanded crap by the lib win of FR. They lined right up behind the uberlib, but a woman they don’t even know was IMMEDIATELY dismissed.
Look at the names doing that folks. Then do basic math as to where their true beliefs lie. We are lousy with leftists.
