Health Reform: The American people don't want it, even Democrats think it's a train wreck, and now members of the agency charged with enforcing it have said it's hazardous to our health, financial and otherwise.
While testifying Thursday on Capitol Hill, Daniel Werfel, acting chief of the Internal Revenue Service, the agency charged with enforcing ObamaCare's mandates, told a House committee he would rather keep his current health insurance plan than make the switch to one offered by the Affordable Care Act.
Perhaps he admitted what most Americans believe because he is only the "acting" director about to be replaced. Still, it's a telling admission for someone who might be wise to look outside the Obama administration for future employment opportunities.
Werfel was responding to a question by Rep. Sam Johnson, R-Texas, regarding members of the National Treasury Employees Union representing IRS employees, which has requested exemption from the Affordable Care Act's health care exchanges set to open Oct. 1.
"Mr. Werfel, last week your employees who are a member of the National Treasury Employees Union sent a form letter for union members to send in to ask they be exempt from the exchanges," Rep. Johnson said. "Why are your employees trying to exempt themselves from the very law that you're tasked to enforce?"
Werfel, after saying he spoke only for himself and not for the NTEU, offered his understanding that the Orwellian-named Affordable Care Act was intended for those who didn't have affordable health insurance.
"I would prefer to stay with the current policy that I'm pleased with rather than go through a change if I don't need to go through that change," he admitted.

Obama foresaw this disaster by stating that you could keep your present healthcare plan if you want.
Werfel, just another little weasel in a long line of weasels to run the IRS. I want to puke when he commencing his lying when before a Congressional Committee.
Of course he would. On his federal plan he pays $450 a month in premiums, with a catrostrophoc cap of $5k. On Obamacare he would have to pay his entire premium, which is probably 20% higher than the total premium for his fed employee coverage.

If certain groups can be exempted from Obama Care then it is unconstitutional because it violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. I wonder why no lawyer or Supreme Court “Justice” even thought about that.
In my opinion, ObamaCare is the next Holocaust including his Gestapo/SS.
