Well, most of the Catholic and Mormon forefathers came to that land west of the front range and east of the Casades and Sierra Nevada long ago and had to deal with Indian tribes. Those faithful proeple survived and prospered.
I expect they will handle the jihadists as well if it comes down to it. I know over here in Idaho we will.
And if they get really serious, we will not be establishing any "reservations," for the Jihadists. Trenches filled with hog entrails will do.
