A Message from Treblinka to Zahalka

Over the weekend a memorial was held at the Treblinka concentration camp to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the 1943 uprising at the camp.

Roughly 875,000 people were murdered in Treblinka during the Holocaust, nearly all of them Jews. In 1943 prisoners rebelled. While most were killed, several hundred managed to escape, and the uprising damaged the camp badly enough to slow the mass murder at the site.

Deputy Minister of Education Avi Wortzman represented Israel at the ceremony. In his speech, he spoke about the horror of the Holocaust, and also replied to an Arab-Israeli MK’s recent claim, in Knesset, that “we were here before you, and we will be here after you.”

Wortzman began, “It’s hard to grasp what happened here just 70 years ago. Maybe what we need to do in this place is simply to be silent. To be silent, and to listen to the silence and hear the screams of the hundreds of thousands of children, mothers, fathers, grandfathers and grandmothers.

“I can hear their screams…

“I stand here today as the Deputy Minister of Education of the state of Israel, proud and emotional. Emotional, moved to tears by the great pain of my brothers, my people, whose ashes are scattered here around us. Proud, to represent the continued existence of the Jews despite everything,” he declared.

Wortzman then turned to respond to Zahalka’s claim that Arabs lived in Israel before the Jews arrived – and also sent a barb at Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

“This week, the state of Israel is negotiating with someone whose doctorate is in Holocaust denial,” he said.

Important to look back at Nazi atrocities, remember and swear that this evil never repeats itself YET, the world clothes the PLO/HAMAS/HIZBOLLAH/JIHAD wolves as being in sheep's clothing. Many are “moderate” Muslims.

Many do not want to look at the truth and support Israel. Better to divest from the region's ONLY DEMOCRACY.

These “moderate”, new Nazis (especially Holocaust denier and head of the PLO Mahmoud Abbas) want the same results and state it daily in the media yet, the West, Press and naive folk avoid covering what these animals say and promise to their own people, in every speech, every child text book, the genocide of the Jews is called for as a way to “Liberate Palestine”.

Calling Abbas a Palestinian is part of the problem. This arab is NO Palestinian , the Philistines were not arabs.

Every time an Israeli refers to these people as Palestinians they are helping to legitimize them . Every time an Israeli calls Judea the West Bank they help legitimize these phony people attempt at land theft.

Palestinians are long extinct and these Egyptian/Saudi squatters are using Hitler's very own play book to get the world to legitimize their land theft . (the idea of telling lie and making such a huge lie and keep repeating that lie until people believe it is straight from Mein Kampf and sadly Israel has allowed this lie to perpetuate by allowing these people to take up the name of their extinct enemies )

When Treblinka was liberated by the Red Army there were three survivors, two men who had hidden themselves and a young boy of about thirteen. He was not gassed as his whole family was, because it was found that he had a pleasant singing voice which impressed his SS captors. They kept him as a kind of ‘’pet’’ and to whom they taught to sing SS marching songs. Some years ago French author and film maker Claude Lannzman wrote a book and made a documentary film from the book called “Shoah’’, which means ‘’slaughter’’ in Hebrew. In it Lannzman interviewed this boy, now a man. I highly recommend it.
