Yes, in the case of Benghazi he claims when the call came in he immediately gave the order to do everything possible, yet we know it was a half-hour into the 5 oclock meeting with Panetta before they decided which option to pursue, which is 1 hour and 40 minutes after what must have been a frantic call to Washington from a guard who had seen the attackers breaching the compound with machine guns. Just what before and after that meeting was going on? And why couldnt Panetta get any results to assist after the decision was made?

I know it sounds like tin-foil-on-head type thing, but what else explains the stand down orders and the basic air of neglect in DC that night—??
The thing went bad when a second, more bloodthirsty group of jihadis got into the act and killed Stevens. This happened in the past when al Qaeda ops were undercut by yet-more crazy terror groups. If you ever read up on WHY bin Laden refused an al Qaeda franchise to groups like GIA in Algeria you can get the gist of how the Benghazi kidnapping turned into a complete fiasco.
I’m not often comfortable in a tin foil hat but I’m wearing this one until otherwise notified.
