Hmm. I admit, I had just read about “major” Hassan, who is proud of his carnage. Maybe that led me to say that.
Oh, they brag once they’re caught, but they don’t usually turn themselves in. Once I heard he’d done that, I figured “garden variety crazy,” although I’d still like to know more.
