Mr. President, learn from Ceausescu (Obama's Ceausescu Moment)
World Net Daily ^ | 10/05/2010 | Barry Farber

Exclusive: Barry Farber says Romanian dictator, Obama 'share a lamentable trait'

Just before Christmas of 1989 Ceausescu felt no reason for unease. His Securitate, Communist secret police, kept the nation in fear as effectively as Hitler's Gestapo. His order of lights out at 7 p.m. to save resources drew Romanian profanity, colorful but not deadly. His pet project, a palace that would rival Versailles in senseless grandeur, was progressing on schedule, and Ceausescu used to visit the site often to rub his bare hands over this monument to his greatness. His desperate subjects trying to escape by swimming the Danube across to Yugoslavia were shot in the water or, if the Securitate's navy men felt sporty, chopped to pieces by the propellers. It was a dictatorship with hundreds of love-poems to the dictator and zero back-talk from the masses.

Snip

Overt hatred of you, your team and what you represent, Mr. President, has soared to a new level. Former Vice President Al Gore's speech was shattered the other day when someone yelled, "You're a fraud!" Those who agreed obliterated the rest of Gore's remarks. You, yourself, recently had to stand there lamely and gamely and suffer face-to-face excoriation from a woman your protectors and image-buffers had every reason to believe was on your side.

You know what you're doing that generates this negativity. Stop it! Cut it out! Reverse it, please, while we're still far from any "Romanian" moment!

Not quite there. He hasn’t appointed his wife to a cabinet post yet.

They pumped more than a couple of rounds into the Ceausescus.

And...if the US DOES get to that point, Obozo will be defended to the death by his street thug ‘bruthas’ and the ‘Civilian Security Force’ he was talking about who will stand as a barrier between the pissed-off people and himself. It may give him enough time to escape to Air Force One and take off for parts of the world more friendly to him. (See Matt Bracken’s short story “What I Saw at the Coup”.)

He has done far worse.

But honestly the US is not Rumania. Nor are the citizens like those of Rumania.

And they have not yet lived under Obozo’s planned Police State.

I recently read "What I saw at the Coup". Excellent writing.

I read a number of Bracken's works. I won't say that I 'enjoyed' them, though, because there's too much truth in his fiction.

No one else seems to have read or cared enough to ask, but could you explain? I have no idea what you are talking about. It does seem like a bit of paranoid rambling on the surface, but once again, I have no idea what you are talking about other than it took three attempts to post an article.

“If the election of 2012 were replayed today, Obama would probably win again. “

Sure if you still had a rummy GOP candidate and all the election fraud in place. Still, today Rasmussen has FUBO @ -21. But then again, tomorrow, he will be back at just -12. No accounting for the stupidity of the “average American voter.” He/she has been so brainwashed of the past fifty years, that I am amazed that any of them know their own names.

The American people are being pushed in all directions right now.

Yes, and it's all originating from a single source. The American people have no illusions as to the identity of that source, and will eventually push back in ways that may be 'unexpected'.

Here is a place to start to understand what the Ceausescu Moment was:

http://omojuwa.com/2013/04/abimbola-adelakun-between-amaechi-and-ceausescu/

Now it is more involved to connect that to Obozo’s actions. But his arrogance, disregard for the law and enjoyment of punishing his enemies are much like Ceausescu.

Even the Obots understand this, I found an article by one of his supporters that admitted the correlation, but tried to spin it as a place to move forward from.

Read the article at the link and then ask me what is missing in understanding this.

“other than it took three attempts to post an article”

This has been an ongoing problem for me. I do not think it is happening at my ISP, but I have been having problems for a long time with something (someone) blocking/freezing my DNS server connections. I could give you a lot of detail of how I am sure, but this is not Paranoia it is happening. I can prove it is related to what websites I have in my browser history. When I have FR & Twitter both open or the history of that and post anything controversial the links simply quit responding. If I close out all but one connection and clear the cache the problem goes away. It is not always there. And it affects sites other than Twitter or FR.

I’m confused. Ceausescu’s story had a happy ending. Why wouldn’t we want to see it repeated?

We do. But the blood of tyrants is something we are very reluctant to draw. Warranted or not.

I want to see him and Moochel get the treatment...so bad! “Don’t worry, those cuffs will only hurt for a little while”.
