Broader Sifting of Data Abroad Is Seen by N.S.A.

The N.S.A. is not just intercepting the communications of Americans who are in direct contact with foreigners targeted overseas, a practice that government officials have openly acknowledged. It is also casting a far wider net for people who cite information linked to those foreigners, like a little used e-mail address, according to a senior intelligence official.

We are reassured that the agency’s activities are lawful.

I did receive a public school education, but I remember Slavery, German internment camps, Tuskegee experiments, Japanese internment camps WERE all considered legal by those in government at one time.

This NSA program is declared legal by a secret court and not society in general. We must have public (meaning not Congressional show hearing) discussion about these acts.

I also received a public education, but I sure as hell can read the 4th Amendment of the Constitution, regardless if the NSA declares itself ‘legal’.

The income tax is a slave tax...but still ‘legal’. In face the 4th & 5th cannot be cited RE: IRS...but it’s still ‘legal’. vs. Kelo allowed ‘takings’...now ‘legal’.

And some still believe we are not a Banana Republic.

The Left owns broadcast media, even radio. The Left owns print media.

We could certainly try to have more public forums, but those can be infiltrated.

The soap and ballot boxes have crumbled.

Here’s a very small partial list of what the federal government currently has access to — and is storing — as part of your personnel ‘citizen’s dossier’:

Recordings of your phone calls (including Land line, Cell, Skype, Google Talk, FaceTime, Google Hangout, etc.)
Your Facebook messages
LinkedIn
Google+
Twitter
Yahoo, Bing and Google search results
Microsoft Windows OS
Google Chrome OS
Apple (Mac) OS
Paypal and Google Wallet transaction history
Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo email
All of the content in you iCloud, Dropbox, iDrive and Skydrive
All your AOL, Yahoo, Google Talk, and MSN instant messages
Flickr, Instagram, Picasa, Tumblr and YouTube
Your private Livejournal and any other online journal
All Credit card and all banking records and transaction data
All insurance records
DNA databases on as many citizens as possible
Fingerprint databases
Store member card information
All state driver’s license and ID card data
All medical records
All veterinary records
Many commercial gold and silver transactions

Feeling safe enough yet?

Soon to be implemented, as part of “Immigration Reform”, all employment will be required to be certified by e-Verify. Obamacare requires vast amounts of information to insure universal enrollment.

Does that make you feel safe yet?

A lot of the systems spying on you are very redundant, and used by many different agencies of the government, such as:

NarusInsight
CALEA
ADVISE
PRISM
Tempora (UK, their version of PRISM, that also spies on US citizens and provides data to the NSA)
