We no longer have a republican form of government.
We have a syndicate, a banana republic occupied by an elite inner circle, predisposed to Socialism, determined to “fundamentally transforming” America.
Dismayed that this thread article is getting scant attention. It's another loophole/regulation on the sly (coupled with the honor-system subsidies)---all designed to collapse private-sector insurance companies as quickly as possible. What a colossal nightmare.
But to your comment. You said it best, but I just have a couple of edits.
How about this:
Shouting: We no longer have a republican [Constitution-based] form of government.
We have a [CRIME] syndicate, a banana republic occupied [or, as Jarrett would say, "ruled"] by an elite inner circle, that can otherwise be described as a lawless oligarchy, predisposed to Socialism a fascist, totalitarian, police state and determined to fundamentally transforming America.
Their motto: Catch us if you can.

Did you notice this part of the thread article:
Gerlach followed up again with another hypothetical scenario: Somebody comes here to the United States on a travel visa, has a visa for a certain period of time, a number of months, and perhaps wants to stay longer, will that person be able to apply for tax subsidized insurance coverage while here?
If they overstay the visa, then no, Cohen answered.
But they can apply while theyre here legally, lawfully? Gerlach clarified.
I believe so, yes, Cohen replied.
