Self-appointed civil rights leaders and celebrities remained mum on the vicious beating of a white sixth-grader at the hands of three older African-Americans in Florida, despite a growing chorus of critics who called their silence hypocrisy given their recent, racially-charged condemnation of the Sunshine State.
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, who both blasted Florida in the wake of the Trayvon Martin shooting and the acquittal of George Zimmerman in Martin's death, with Jackson calling it an "apartheid state" and "our Selma," have not spoken publicly of the brutal beating aboard a school bus caught on cellphone and surveillance video. Neither Jackson nor Sharpton responded to requests for comment from FoxNews.com.
Three 15-yr-old black teens beat up a 13-yr-old white kid because he told school officials they tried to sell him drugs, former congressman Allen West, an ex-Army Colonel who is African-American, wrote on his Facebook page. Do you hear anything from Sharpton, Jackson, NAACP, Stevie Wonder, Jay-Z, liberal media, or Hollywood? Cat got your tongues or is it that pathetic hypocrisy revealing itself once again? Y'all just make me sick.

We all need to be George Zimmerman.
The bus beating is the racial norm in this country. The race pimps only in unguarded moments confess to such.
If three white 15-year-olds had administered a beating half as brutal as the one dealt a 13-year-old white boy, Sharpton et al would have taken a leave of absence to stir up the rabble in FL.
Jackson and the rest of them won’t say a damn thing about this because in their mind(Even though they refuse to say it) its Ok for blacks to beat up white people because its payback for slavery or whatever else hell they feel like it
In Texas the law is: to protect yourself from actions which may cause death or serious bodily injury, OR to protect the life of another.
That would have been three who would have found themselves in a weapons sight, when carried by a third party good-guy.
Honestly, does anyone think a black person in the civil rights business is going to say anything about this?
This just in: Critics blast JC Penney for not advertising sales at Sears!
According to Al (cockroach) Sharpton, et al - blacks can’t be racists.
The whole “Why don’t Jesse and Al speak out when white people get attacked?” argument is old and dumb. We know, and have known for some time, that Jess and Al are racists who hate white people. So why would they speak out against white people getting attacked? They secretly probably like it.
Well, they told you in the report. Race was coincidental. Did you watch the report? /s
This is upsetting and I’m Black. Where is the Governor, Mayor..if you experience a hate crime as a white person no one stands with you.
Have the parents of this child given media interviews?
I’ve seen the bus driver but he is a distraction. Plus looking at him, those feral youths might have attacked him had he gotten physically involved.
I wish more of us were Allen West.
It’s so easy to understand why Jesse and Al do not have anything to say about the White kid getting beaten.
THERE IS NO MONEY IN IT.
So, who held their ground, the 13 year old Creepy Ass Cracka or the three 15 year old Thug N-wordas?
Welcome to the beaters of this crime. Your life is hell from here on out.
Anybody that pulled this shit would be decorated from day one in 1975. Expect some high school folks on your bus next day.
If that doesn’t work expect them behind the house at your bus stop.
This shit has a means to an end!
Honestly, does anyone think that the chasm that exists between blacks and whites will ever be bridged just because some black had a dream at one time or just because the many MLK highways and boulevards that were built?
Sharpton and Jackson? How about Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake ..and that old bag, Madonna?
Any of them have anything to say?
