Sometimes I wish the “Cruel and Unusual” clause of the constitution did not exist. If ever there was a case that warranted cruel and unusual punishment, this would be it.
By definition “illegal aliens”(your term) are breaking our American laws.

I agree. Maybe we need to interpret that clause as "cruel and unusual punishment in relation to the offense committed." If we did that, this guy would receive justice. Not economic justice, not racial justice--just real justice.

Yes, I agree with that. They are citizens of another nation, not ours. Thus they are alien occupants here. They came here without following the laws of our nation. They are not legally here. Aliens here by legal methods, obtain an entrance Visa, follow through with requirements, visit, and leave at the appropriate time.
With 82.7%[11] of the total population in Mexico Roman Catholic, one would worry if their population had the same level of Christianity as ours with 62% of the total population members of a church congregation. One would have to worry about their dogs.
I remember when Texas wanted to execute some bad Mexicans, and Mexico whined to W. Bush that they hadn’t been allowed to meet with Mexican embassy personnel so they shouldn’t be executed.
And Texas went ahead and pulled the plug on them anyway.
