Hannity is one of the very strongest Fox hosts.

I somehow don’t think he’s headed toward any sort of demotion.

Just saying.

I don’t have any inside information, just going on instinct.

I’d not worry about Hannity.

So, is Sean getting another slot, or is he being dumped by Fox?

I don’t have cable or any tv anymore, but when I did I often watched FOX’s lineup. My guess: Sean gets Mr. Mascara’s slot at 7 p.m. EST. Radio from 3 - 6, tv from 7 - 8 and he’s home at a decent hour. He’s probably happy about this.

Megyn Kelly will win her time slot (who in their right mind would rather look at Maddow than Megyn) but it won’t be Hannity numbers.

This is going to hurt Greta’s ratings. Instead of enduring an hour of Megan Kelly, I predict newshounds will go online to opine on Free Republic.

My take....no inside info, just a hunter reading the sign.

1. Fox News head Roger Aiels is a fellow traveler with the Republican Royals. Everything Fox does serves the GOP power establishment.....including showing just enough red meat like Hannity to keep the Tea Party types tuned in and conned.

Evidence - the serial elevation, celebration, then destruction of every presidential candidate EXCEPT Romney.

2. The GOP establishment is once again nervous that the Tea Party peasants may get out of hand and lynch a few of their own in the 2014 cycle.....SO....back bench Hannity, the last of the headliner bombthrowers at Fox...who as we know carrys water for every uber conservative and patriot.

They did it to Beck...they did it to Judge Napolitano..others?..now Hannity....and they replace Hannity with this cow?

She is bright but not schooled, aggressive but arrogant, has lots of hours....but no world experience. IT is a hilarity that anybody claims she hits in the league with O’Reilly, Hannity, Beck, or other conservative/libertarian talking heads.

Megyn ( I wish I was her GYN) Kelly is a liberal but I wouldn’t mind inviting her over for ‘lunch.’

70% probability that Hannity takes the 7pm slot.
30% probability that Hannity takes the 8pm slot and O’Reilly partially retires.

I watched Megyn Kelly until she got to full of herself..She is a beautiful woman but she knows it..I do not think she will draw the crowds that Hannity did at night..

I did hear Sean Hannity does want to spend more time with his family and I am sure he has made enough money he doesn't have to worry about what spot they put him in..

Not sure WHAT Ailes was thinking with replacing Hannity with Megyn Kelly in the 9pm time slot. She is BORING.

And FNC is getting more Leftist with their every move.

CNN would be smart to dump the lib brit in the old larry King slot and replace him with Hannity, CNN would win the hour.

I predict Sean will cut back and make specials instead of a nightly show. I think he has likely burned out. He is rich and famous. This won’t hurt him. Just my 2 cents.

Of all the TV talking heads, on all the networks, who find themselves having to interview “common people” there only two that seems to put non media guests at ease and actually listen to and interact well...and there are only two...Greta Van Sustern and Sean Hannity.

As for Kelly, she’s too “inside the beltway, sitting at the cool kids lunch table” type. Not a great persona for an opinion based show.

On a personal note, I don’t care for Megyn. She’s in a hurry when she talks and whatever she does, and she wears me out just listening to her. She seemed to be happy to report Obama won in the last election. Her face was the last one I saw on Fox News until I tuned back in 7 months later. She’s no conservative.

On the otherhand, I like Hannity, but his show consists of arguing. 2 people on opposite sides debating... and I’m through with the other side. I don’t want to hear them blow hot air. I’m through with the lies. Just give information to those who are ill informed or less informed. Let the conservatives have a voice.. the left has all the rest of the channels.

Greta has been doing a good job probing and asking questions on the lack of anyone doing anything. I think we are ready for a fight and no one is hosting.

I'll never forget the time back in the fall of 2007 when I had FNC on in the background on a leisurely weekend morning. Megan was doing the half-hourly news blurbs. During one of her blurbs, she was reading a piece on the then-ongoing GOP primary race. Lo and behold -- she takes a gratuitous potshot at Fred Thompson! I can't remember the exact quote, but it fed into the whole "no fire in the belly" narrative being propagated by the beltway establishment.

It so astounded me because I don't think I've ever heard any newsreader of any political stripe insert their opinion into one of those brief news blurbs. It really demonstrated to me where Megan's political loyalties are.

Anybody remember Kelly's coverage on election night, giddy and happy, I turned FOX off that night because of her.

She ain't a conservative.
