There’s a 50/50 chance that the Boston Common could become the stomping grounds for a group of topless women later this month.
August 25 marks national “Go Topless” day, where women from dozens of cities across the country will bare it all in public—some risking arrest—to advance a woman’s right to walk around half-nude. The annual “Go Topless” day always falls around the time of Women’s Equality Day, which marked the passage of the 19th Amendment, in 1920, allowing women to vote. Now, the movement is trying to reduce the gender gap when it comes to accepting that females have as much right to walk around shirtless as their male counterparts.

I guess grabbing a women's chest shouldn't be a sexual offense either once "equality" is achieved.
Unfortunately in liberal Mass it will be a bunch of burned out hippies and other rabid old age or over weight libs.

i have a feeling that you will not find those sights appetizing. It always seems that the willing participants in these events seem to the ones who have a hard time getting observed when clothed.
They may be arrested for an affront to aesthetics.
Having seen plenty of Red England women with clothes on; I can guarantee you I will be staying inside with the shades drawn on that particular day.
I say, if men can go topless in public—so should women. Once it was illegal for men to be seen at the beach toppless—they had to wear little shirts as part of their bating costume. Both men and women should still have to wear bottoms. Its not a big issue. We have really important things to worry about—like no jobs, an oppressive government, taxes that will not stop and illegal aliens up the yazoo.
Find someone with a big yard with a big fence and have a barbecue and stay in the sun until your marshmallows are roasted.

As we have seen through decades of male inaction, they don't NEED to do anything. If men want equal protection, they'll have to fight for it, as every other group has.

It’s legal for women to go topless in Texas. If you are ever in Austin, go to Barton Springs pool and you will see +I+s everywhere in the summer.
