Glad the girl appears to be safe. Concern is that the murdering per was shot & killed by an FBI “tactical agent.” Sounds like it could have been a sniper and a concealed, standoff kill — like Ruby Ridge. We’ll see, hopefully, if the Feds don’t cover up as they do most often. Prefer he would have been taken alive, or at least killed by local law enforcement.

For some reason, I’m thinking a long-distance sniper shot as they both hiked down the trail. I would think a “man-hunt” and confrontation with a bunch of FBI guys would have ended poorly for the girl. Glad she is okay. So sad about her mom and brother.

some 16 yr. old girls are not as innocent as we would want them to be. I hope I am wrong, but something is bothering me about this.
I say again, I hope I am wrong, and that this girl is innocent - not mad at her mother for trying to set rules, fed up with her little brother for “telling on her”, etc..
Not going to rush to any conclusions, because I could be so very wrong.
Even if she was “lolita” re-incarnated, no excuse for the “family friend” to take advantage, kill the mother, and little boy.
