If they strip Catholic hospitals of non-profit status, they can no longer deny contraception and abortion mandates on a religious basis.

we have a very very large Catholic hospital in my area, one that does transplants, etc and is a top notch facility...does a lot of charity care...plus another smaller one, also doing a lot of charity care...

I'd love to see the feds close them down and have the people storm the federales offices because without these hospitals, thousands are going to suffer with no care...the other large hospital in town is "for profit" and they limit their clientele....
