My CA Legal AR-15 uses a “tool”, a Bullet Button to eject the 10 Round Magazine. Again, it was “CA LEGAL” when I purchased it.

I gave up my AK-47 Assault Weapon (LOL) when I decided that I didn't like being on the Assault Weapons Owner Registration List. The upside being I made a whole bunch of money when I sold it, but that is the only upside.

Yes, I made the mistake of Registering it when the Ban went through, (not wanting to become an overnight Felon), and I am just as ashamed of that decision as I was for Voting Perot in 1992 when I wasn't really paying attention to Politics.

Needless to say, Compliance with Tyranny is not an option.
Screw the Bolsheviks in Sacramento. MOLON LABE.

“I am not a lawyer so can somebody tell me how California can get away with gun control measures that have been overturned in other states based on a SCOTUS ruling?”

That is an easy one. Those laws have not yet been appealed to the 9th Circuit, and if the 9th Circuit thinks they pass muster, to the Supreme Court.

For that to happen, someone has to be affected by the law, found to have standing, and then appeal it.

That process should not take more than 5-10 years, max.

California requires two drinking fountains in every gun store.

The ruling class (LEO) fountain offers a satisfying stream of fresh water and the fountain I am forced to drink from dribbles out tainted garden hose water.

In a free society, we should all be able to drink from the LEO fountain.

In that blotter, 43-year-old gang-banger caught with dope, expired liscnense, sharpened screw driver, brass knuckles, 1911, and priors. Bail set at $25K. Next, a 54-year-old man was arrested outside a grocery store with a .25 cal handgun in his back pocket. They found a rifle in his car. Bail set at $25K. That's just the very first freaking page in a Google search. Any more freaking questions???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

They are the most populous state, and where a large portion of the elite come from or live (part time).

It is a bell weather. If this passes, expect similar laws on the east coast and in Illinois.

Well, the example you cited shows that two people arrested for similar gun violations got the same bail. Cali’s pretty screwed up in a lot of ways, I don’t see where the otherwise law abiding citizen got more time. Did I miss something? Is that a freaking question?

Fun fact: He wasn’t a lefty. Chuck Conners was ambidextrous and shot exceptionally well with either hand.
