Deportation is just tag and release. There is no punishment phase for past crimes.

I know there will be people that question DPS shooting from a helicopter at this truck, but the guy was trying to hit DPS troopers deploying spike strips. They also had the illegals hiding under tarps making it look like a drug load. There is no way DPS would have fired on the truck if they thought it was just a load of illegals.
Representative Luis V. Gutierrez should adopt this fine upstanding dreamer.
