This is why I am off the donor list — all in my family are and will remain that way unless and until WE can determine that our organs go to an American citizen and NOT an illegal alien.
I understand that there is NO choice in the matter as to where and to whom one’s loved ones organs are donated — and I read a piece on another forum from a nurse that AA is being applied to organs as well.
I’m still burned up about the illegal alien who received TWO heart- lung transplants a few years ago —while desperate Americans are waiting for scarce organs.
None. And the cancer was confined to the liver. It had not spread. 29 years old. Upstate NY.
