Where did you come up whith your notion that because the car owner is black that proves this was a lawful towing? Are you from Stormfront?

Where did you get the idea that this was a repo? It was towing a car parked on private property without the property owner's permission.
The cars were illegally parked, three tow trucks were called....this was not a repo.
