We talk about caps that are in the Federal Statute passed by Congress and signed into LAW by the president.

What gives Obama the right to delay the implementation of any part of this law?

Does the statute provide the president with this authority?

Since when can the emperor throw out the LAW?

The issue of the day: Is there anyone in Government that will take any step to stop the President from unilaterally attempting to change the terms of a duly enacted law?

Will they even mention it?

Where is the leadership of the House? The Senate? The Republican Party?

Are there no lawyers in Congress that recognize the absolute usurpation of the United States Constitution?

To whom would we turn, when all who have been elected, cowered under the bed?
