Sucks to be Connecticut.
Hmm... same place that just passed election protection laws.
Wasn’t Bill Ruger’s wife from North Carolina? I know he went to school there. If so it could just be family connections.
“Sucks to be Connecticut.”
Yeah, so sad. But, Ruger shoulda “Gone To Texas”. God Bless Texas.
Kahr’s moving to PA, Ruger is opening in NC.
It’s a start.
I hope Stag Arms does something similar.
Too bad Connecticut! - Colt, Pratt Whitney, Ruger, hey its just starting.
That’s a good start. NC needs jobs, and the firearms industry needs a home in lands friendly to it.
Don’t they make the VAQUERO single Action cowboy revolver?
Heard it was pretty good.
I want a 10/22. My Marlin 60 is lonely.
Maybe one of these:
I have two of those in Stainless. Beautiful and bombproof.
Do they shoot well? Interested in Cowboy and Western shooting and thinking of getting one in .45 and a Hnery in .45 to match.
The Vaqueros shoot well....better than I do. They are absolutely bombproof.....I do not believe you could destroy one if you tried. And the setup you are thinking of is the exact setup I have, down to the caliber. I love my Henry too; one of my favorite guns by far.
FWIW, A lot of competitive shooters in CAS use .38 caliber because the recoil is less and you can get shots off quicker. I do not care about that, as I am doing it for fun and want to use a “real” cowboy gun, not a .38 with 3.1 grains of powder.
