Yes Ted Cruz is a NBC. I’m so sick and tired of people saying he is not a NBC with absolutely no basis, only there idiotic opinion of what they think a NBC should be, not what a NBC really is. So stupid.

“Yes Ted Cruz is a NBC.”

The evidence directly proves Ted Cruz cannot possibly be a natural born citizen of the United States of America. The evidence does indicatde there is a possibility Ted Cruz was born with Canadian citizenship, the right to apply for Cuban citizenship, and the right to apply for U.S. Citizenship. The right to apply for U.S. Citizenship is positive evidentiary proof that the citizenship is not natural born citizenship. Natural born citizenship exists without a statute of law to authorize the citizenship. By definition, the requirement of a statute of law to authorize the citizenship is direct evidence the citizenship is artificial and unnatural citizenship.

“I’m so sick and tired of people saying he is not a NBC with absolutely no basis, only there idiotic opinion of what they think a NBC should be, not what a NBC really is.”

It is an utterly false statement to say there is no basis for claiming Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen. In fact, there is no basis in fact or law to claim Ted Cruz is a natural born citizen. It is a fact that Ted Cruz was born in Canada, and he therefore was born with Canadian citizenship. If the mother did retain her U.S. Citizenship, which is probable in this case, it was possbile for her to apply to the U.S. State Department to request and claim the acquisition of U.S. Citizenship for a birth abroad. Doing so is yet further direct evidence the such acquisition of U.S. Citizenship was obtained by means of a manmade and therefore artificial statute of law and not by natural law of descent from natural parents with U.S. Citizenship.

“So stupid.”

Yes, it is stupid when people attempt to reverse the obvious definition of a word or legal definition to represent the opposite of its original and true meaning. You simply cannot take the “natural” part of the term, “natural born citizen”, and try to misrepresent it to mean unnatural born citizen made so by manmade laws. If you doubt the truth of these definitions, look for yourself at the legal definitions for “natural”, “natural person”, and “natural law” versus statutory law.
