Oregon is legalizing medical marijuana dispensaries.
Gov. John Kitzhaber signed a bill on Wednesday giving the state authority to license, inspect and audit stores selling marijuana.
Dozens of marijuana dispensaries exist already, but they are not explicitly allowed and operate in a legal gray area. Authorities have moved to shut them down in some areas.

...though I do so detest the ‘States’ Rights’ phrase; only Individuals have Rights, gov’t is granted powers.
I’m actually surprised the self-righteous, anti-Constitutional Conservatives haven’t deluged this thread already with their ‘fire and brimstone, blood in the streets, fall of society’ screed /s
