Marine Colonel Warns: “Homeland Security is Pre-Staging Gear and Equipment”

We live in a seemingly free country, so we’re told. But that may be because the majority of us have never spent time in a war zone or highly secured police state-like environment.

Few of us understand what it looks like when military and state intelligence assets take over.

Those who do understand, and have themselves implemented such plans in other countries, see exactly what’s going on and they are sounding the alarm (often falling on deaf ears).

I don’t know. It’s usually the other way round — urban population suppression is the hardest thing. Of course, right now, armaments in the big cities are mostly illegal handguns, not a lot of good against military weapons. If and when these folk in the cities swap their pistols for AR-15s and AKs when the cops come, then it might get very interesting in the cities.

We just got swamps down here, with all kinds of things scurrying about in them, lots more scurrying at night though :)

. . . only if you blow through ammo like Cops are usually doing.

Slow, aimed fire from a distant hide will drop the bad guys every time, and if you ran through ALL your rounds, you probably fired too much today. . .

Never before in the history of mankind has a government with this much technology confronted such a well armed populace. It is going to be interesting to see what happens when the two meet. I suspect the lessons learned will fill volumes of future manuals.

This pre-staging bothers me. It makes me wonder what the real reason behind it is, and what the time frame for having everything in place is.

“Too many folks — on OUR side, nonetheless — are in denial, saying things haven’t gotten that bad yet, and there are still “Constitutional” solutions to our problems”

The past two days, I have seen this written over and over - it’s “not constitutional”, he can’t do it since it’s “not constitutional”, it takes “x” votes of the senate according to the “constitution”, etc., etc..

People have to stop thinking the constitution matters - it does not now. Obama is using “new rules” to go around congress and the constitution. He can do anything he wants and he is doing it by writing “new rules” for every government department under his direction and all of them affect our lives.

This country, in my opinion, is under despotic rule.

“despotic rule - Despotism is government by a singular authority - either a single person or tightly knit group - which rules with absolute power.”

There is nothing he wouldn’t do. Including targeting the people of that country with their own weapons, and the most powerful ones they have at that.

I used to know a stipper named Marcella. She was an illegal alien from Puerto Vallarta Mexico. When I first met her she could barely speak English. Two years later when I came back from Japan she was fluent in English with an American accent and was studying Japanese at a local community college. She asked me to marry her.

I actually don’t believe this. Now, I do believe Obama would do it; I just don’t believe he has.

That said, I would learn lessons from our buddies in Afganistan. First, engaging the troops straight up is stupid.

Alamo is a great monument, but everybody died.

You kill them at home, in the market, places of your chosing. Disrupt all the soft targets.

Make areas ungovernable.

Destroy infrastructure they rely upon.

Etc.

NOTE: I AM NOT REMOTELY SAYING TO DO THIS. Just stating a much more workable strategy.

You can always confiscate the ammo and armament from the traitors you killed!

This is what I've been writing lately. It's only 11K words (compared to my novels at 250K) but I think it's pretty interesting.

Just some ideas I wanted to express while folks still have working screens to read them on.

I just got one of my quarterly catalogs from a shooting supply house I buy from. Ammo appears to be back in force. They have everything available and, I've only had time to just skim it, but I didn't see anything about limits. A bit higher than last year at this time but not out of sight like it was just a couple of months ago. All the reloading supplies you need, also a bit higher than last year but available.

If Big Brother is trying to buy up the market, he's losing.

A rifle without ammo is a club.

Some ammoless rifles make good handle-extensions for bayonets.

I’m sure there will be a federal gun confiscation before they do anything.

Perez, Obama’s new Secretary of Labor, just filed suit against CA for their new rules regarding public sector union employees, which only apply to new hires. I believe that this is the opening salvo in the creation of a single federal union, the new SEIU, which will also include all hospital and health care workers, as well as a good percentage of illegal aliens under SEIU branches like the hotel and kitchen workers and day care workers. The goal is to form one gigantic union and spread the high costs of city services across the country.

Obama expects some push back, but just in case he doesn’t get it, he’s preparing the Muslims to become an aggrieved group, protected under federal civil rights laws. The Muslims are marching in DC on 9/11.
