how many voters watch the republican party internal squabbles called pre-primary debates? what the GOP really needs to do is suggest that the GOP presidential nominee will not participate in any presidential debate hosted by representatives from such liberal propaganda machines as NPR, CNN, CBS etc., even if it means an empty chair. then they should demand of the FCC equal time for the GOP candidate to answer questions hosted by Glen Beck or Newt Gingrich.

Good point. Also, I suspect read about the debates in the papers/online the next day and this really does nothing to stop the liberal pundits from putting a toxic spin on all things said by any Republican. I think there should not be primary debates. Let each candidate campaign singly.
