Going from drivetime on a major Houston AM station to late evenings on a daytimer isn't a step up.
Whining over "Banned in Britain", frequent editorializing about food and waiters and and Chinatown restaurants, his dog Teddy, and boasting about his degrees or the number of books he's written - all must have hurt his ratings.

Michael Savage is the only one I listen to. Ten years ago I could listen to a couple of hours of Savage. Five years ago that was down to about half an hour. Today, it's maybe two minutes before he says something that makes me turn the channel.
