SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A Republican state lawmaker says a new California law allowing transgender students to choose which restroom and locker room they use has caused his family to pull at least one son from their local public school.
Assemblyman Tim Donnelly wrote in a column that his sons were "horrified" to learn they might have to share a restroom with female students. He told The Associated Press on Friday that he is pulling one son out of middle school, while another son is uncertain if he will return to his public high school.

I had read that such a law was making its way thought the state legislature but was not aware that it was actually voted on and signed!

I am 50+ and I’ve never met a transgendered person. Amazing we’ve got to deal with all this political BS for what might be .0008% of the population.

When the culture is so TOXIC that it perverts little children-—and calls it “good”-—then there is no “saving” the kids-—unless you do the Amish thing.
It is very hard to protect children’s innocence when stores/magazines/media/schools target children to destroy Reason/Reality and fill their heads with sick, perverted ideas that warp how they see their own bodies and that of men and women—particularly their parents. it is sick and removes dignity from humans-—dehumanizes them—reduces them to sex organs with no morality/meaning/Reason.
Innocence is necessary for normal moral sexual development-—and to promote Virtue in human beings. We always knew that raping little kids destroys normal development-—now, many parents allow adults/schools/media to rape their brains (embed evil emotions/ideas) which will also destroy moral normal development. It will warp their whole world-—like irrational Marxism does.
Their worldview will be like the little Afgani boys who grow up in harems and love to be sodomized and can’t wait to become adults and have their own harems of boys. It is learned behavior-—kids model behaviors and absorb the ideas that are being fed to them.
As parents/grandparents/aunts and uncles—you HAVE to protect the innocence of those children in your circle. Exposing them to evil, perverted ideas like sodomy will warp them—destroy/corrupt their worldview/morality. Remove them from public schools and throw out the TV which sexualizes little children—forces them to look at humans as sexual objects devoid of humanity..
No-—they focus on this to eliminate Christianity from children-—to destroy concepts which created the ideas of “Individual Rights from God”. For the NWO—they want corrupt, immature/addicts-—no Pattons, no Lincolns, no Patrick Henrys. This is all conditioning/brainwashing—for the children-—they could care less about the over 50 who will be gone when they impose their NWO. They want dependent, sex-obsessed, warped easily led people-—for the “collective”-—mobocracy which is easily manipulated (think hitler).
Individualism/Independent thinkers——are strong committed Christians because Right Reason according to Natural Law came from Western Civ which was totally influenced by Reason and Faith-—which never conflicts according to St. Thomas Aquinas.
My 11 year-old son heard about this and said that he thought that the boy-crazy girls who follow boys around will now be following them straight into the bathroom, hoping to glimpse something interesting at the urinal. When caught, they will just say they felt like a boy that day.
My kids aren’t concerned about there being any genuinely confused children. They think it will open the door to a bunch of liars who want to sneak a peek at something or bother someone. I’d like to know what the principals have in mind to deal with the troublemakers. More to the point, I’d like to know that they actually have thought through what kids will do and what their response will be.
I just said to my wife “Is there not one parent in California who isn’t nuts?”
This is all about the dehumanization process promoted by the progressives toward their Agenda 21objectives to turn us all into “citizens”.
Airports have long had “Family Bathrooms” and noticed that the movie theaters also have them now. While the original reasoning behind it may have been valid, it was just a gateway and another slippery slope.
Pull your wife and kids out of California, Donnelly.

That is not what I understood the family bathrooms were for. I thought it was for a) using changing tables b) for making it more comfortable for an adult to bring a child into a rest room (dad with daughter, mom with son). I understand that, because I cannot imagine, especially, a man wanting to take his young daughter in a men’s room but not being able to take her into the ladies. Maybe I was wrong. I never considered it was for LGBT.
You are right as to their original purpose. But everything that is done is by increments. People had to get used to seeing males and females in the same restroom first, regardless of the reason or the age. I have seen fathers particularly struggle with the restroom issue with their small daughters before and often went up, stuck out my hand, introduced myself and asked if I could assist them by accompanying the child into the ladies room.
Always tried to use single occupant restrooms with my grandsons. If none available, they went with me into the ladies room where at least they had a stall door they could lock.
Of course it will. Co-ed showers will be all the rage in 6th grade
