They are “intelligent” simply by declaring themselves Liberals. That’s what Liberals believe. They are superior to all intelligent life. God gave Man dominion over the Animal Kingdom. Liberals gave themselves Dominion over Humans, and appointed themselves the protector of the Negro.
“Negro”? How about the “Savior” instead?
