You do realize that this would be murder of a 3 month old baby at a follow up appointment if the doctor must leave the room? Simply because the baby would have been born at the culmination of the third trimester.

I should have stated that it would only be legal for a short amount of time post birth.
It is an abhorrent solution, but it would cut the number of abortions down signifigantly. Of course the mother would also have the option to give the child up for adoption no questions asked.
