The SCOTUS did not “install” ObamaCare...Congress, the legislative branch did...And the President signed it into law...
SCOTUS ONLY determined that the answer to the question before it, on the Affordable Health Care Act (ObamaCare) was, was it simply a tax...You are correct that it IS a tax, and therefore something that Congress CAN removed, defund, toss it out, whatever the solution to remove it can be...
The question of the bills Constitutionality was never broached in argments before it...It was only left to the media to put their own slant on it, working in conjunction with that very same legislature to promote it and incorrectly, racially demonize, those who were opposed to the bill, and law for that matter now...
There is ust not enough political courage to do anything about it...
But we may not have to wait much longer, as ObamaCare is springing leaks and is sinking as we speak...
What I am hoping for is that it should die on the vine before it is fully implemented...Which it may very well do...We just need to keep our Reps feet to the fire, and expect them to get it done...They control the disbursment of money to these programs...They can shut it down very quickly, if they want to...
