Go to their website (TEA PARTY PATRIOTS is the official site, I think) where they provide a toolkit to make your voice heard and hopefully gather more steam for anti-statism.

Also read Mark Levin's book "The Liberty Amendments". He singles out the 5th as a way to combat a statist, big government.

The dems on repubs are both dinosaur parties and cannot be trusted to support constituents anymore.

Here is my opinion of D.C. in a nutshell.
The Democrats are the Harlem Globetrotters; the Republicans are the Washington Generals. The outcome of the game has already been agreed to, but the game is still played. The game is what sells tickets (taxes) and concessions (more taxes), and merchandise (even more taxes).

Everyone loves the Globetrotters; they get all the good press and are treated like Hollywood celebrities, just like Democrat politicians. Nobody really knows who the Washington Generals are, they get no press except when it’s to be made fun of by the “Oh so knowledgeable and cool” Democrats. And the Generals are content with this arrangement because if they just play along, the $$$s keep coming in to them.

Conservatives (Tea Party), on the other hand, are like a well-integrated team from a mid-size college. Nobody knows them, who they are, or where they came from, but both the Globetrotters and Generals know that this team would win and win big in a real game. The best way to avoid the embarrassment of losing, and more important, the best way to keep the current “image” from shattering, is to never, never, play against the new team.

My vote will go to the conservative candidate, regardless of party. My vote will NEVER go to a liberal candidate, regardless of party.

Hmmmm…I guess my opinion is more than a nutshell…or maybe the nuts are bigger than expected.

The Tea Party Patriots is a money making scam for a few people like Jenny Beth Martin who went from bankruptcy to living in a $600,000 house on donor money.

Look at the Tea Parties listed on their site...how many of them met recently or hold meetings on a regular basis? (Very few)
TPP posts them on their site to make it appear that they have a lot of support.

Do a search for Tea Parties in your state or local area and contact them. Ask them questions and if they agree with you, support them.

Don’t give a dime to the TPP.
