My guess is that he’s a ‘Rat, pimping for gun control!

Or he’s a die-hard 2nd Amendment loving, gun-freak, hard core conservative, right winger.
Either way - his silly antics are doing harm for our cause.
Is he excercising his rights? Or abusing them in a “look at me/Attention Whore” style that is not helpful?
He can be everything listed in your first sentence and still do us irreparable harm. He might as well be what I suggested. He’s aiding the anti- Second Amendment crowd; not us.
