Hell yeah! I’m all for providing organ transplants for Illegals. Let’s transplant all their organs back to where the hell they came from.
Hey, why not? America is a giant ATM machine, funded by those poor sucker taxpayers, for pretty much anyone who can make it across the border. Why stop at organ transplants? If you can make it in, you should get free welfare, foodstamps and healthcare on the backs of the taxpayer. That will make Americans feel good about themselves that they aren’t being “harsh” or “racist” toward immigrants.
Citizens wait YEARS and raise thousands of dollars to get their transplants. I guess it’s foreign criminals to the front of the line, AGAIN?
See if Mexico will pay for this. :p

Really? Americans do not get free organ transplants, why the hell should they?
We should invade, conquer, and annex Mexico. We should have done Mexico instead of Iraq. We could solve the drug cartel problem. We could rape the countryside of resources. We could expand the resorts on the coasts.
Sarah Murnaghan, an American citizen, had to practically be on her death bed before our Govt gave in and allowed this child to get the lungs she so desperately needed..meanwhile you have these illegal alien criminals who want free organs..I say kick their asses out, send them back to whatever hellhole they came from, and they can beg for free organs there
The time will come under Obamacare that all will be forced to become organ donors and that everyone in hospital will automatically be a potential organ donor.
The unworthy will have to give up their organs in order to keep the worthy alive.

As a mere demographic we no longer have the strength or cohesion to throw them out of the country. Naturally as a failed and inept people they cannot care for themselves and will seek all the benefits they can extort out of our foul and corrupt politicians and spiritually sick taxpayers. In addition, they are reconquering the South West through their birth rate. They really mean to reconquer- they teach it in their schools.
