Hey, why not? America is a giant ATM machine, funded by those poor sucker taxpayers, for pretty much anyone who can make it across the border. Why stop at organ transplants? If you can make it in, you should get free welfare, foodstamps and healthcare on the backs of the taxpayer. That will make Americans feel good about themselves that they aren’t being “harsh” or “racist” toward immigrants.
