Congress has abdicated so much power to the president by creating alphabet agencies that have the power to create “rules” that have the weight of law. Supposedly this is done unde “Congressional oversight”, but when was the last time Congress slapped down any agency for overstepping its bounds.
The second American revolution will look a lot like France’s....
