These kids were “bored” so they went out and shot someone?

“Bored” is not a word you will hear around here.

When I was a kid (numerous years ago) if/when we got “bored”, we got to clean the barn or the chicken coop, split more firewood, weed the garden, etc. We never ran out of things to keep us occupied.

Perhaps the cities where these “sewer rats” are spwaned need to consider a “Youth Work Program”. Failure to get into the program, you loose your welfare checks plus other handouts, you either work or go to jail where there is a job waiting for you as you enter the door.

HAHA, I had to look down to see who posted this because I thought it was my son, who occasionally posts on FR. Yep, it worked for me and him. I absolutely hate that word. To me, it's equivalent to what are you going to do now to entertain me?

An acquaintances daughter told me.....you didn’t dare tell Mom that you were bored. I made that mistake once. I was handed a black trash bag and told to go pick up all the leaves in the back yard, no rake, with my hands. I never said bored again. rofl
