well if I was the manager of an old folks home.........still candles are a little different
While I did once investigate for a report of survey a soldier who had burned down his quarters by going out without putting out his candle, a candle user doesn’t usually light candle after candle, wave it around, flick it, sit with it it his hand, etc.
but yeah, in dorms candles are usually not allowed, and when my child went to KU he couldn’t have a coffee pot. Or an iron.
People do fall asleep while candles are burning.
So, your child spent $5.00 on a cup of coffee purchased elsewhere and $20.00 to have their clothes pressed..no wonder tuition and living fees are rising for college students.
