it's a lose/lose situation for Paula Deen...
her (hoped for) success, is the best revenge
as far as jackson is concern; let her wash dirty toilets forever.

I would think since big names like the Food Network etc. dropped her prior to ANY proof or conviction, she might have reasonable claims to action against them.

This ultimately was a case of some pretty serious slander. I would not be surprised if there isn’t some sort of settlements forthcoming from the company’s that over-reacted to innuendo and rumor without proof.
